KOTTAYAM: Thomas. K. Oommen was consecrated and installed as the Bishop of the central Kerala diocese of the Church of South India (CSI) at the CSI Holy Trinity Cathedral here on Saturday.

He has become the 12th bishop of the diocese formed in 1879, succeeding Bishop Thomas Samuel, who retired at the age of 65.  read more »
