Rabindra Parichha, a legal activist who had been working as a legal activist for justice in Kandhamal, was killed on 15th Dec in the evening, at Bhanjanagar (Ganjam District). He has been brutally killed by a sharp weapon through which the unknown murderers has cut his throat up to 90% as reported. There was also sign of gun shot on his stomach.
