Reverend Mani Chacko has been appointed as the new general secretary of the Bible Society of India.Global Council of Indian Christians(GCIC) has congratulated new General Secretary and assured support in accomplishing BSI mission

Chacko, director of the Bangalore-based Ecumenical Christian Centre, will replace B.K. Pramanik.

“I consider this a great privilege. It is nothing but an appointment from God,” Chacko said.

“I realise the fact that I am going to shoulder a great responsibility. Only with God’s grace I will be able to do justice to the expectations,” he added.  read more »
