BERHAMPUR: Hand-written Maoist posters signed by CPML secretary Sanjay, giving directives for the locals, has spread panic among the residents of Chakapada in Kandhamal district.� The posters directed the contractors to pay wages to labourers regularly and stop liquor trade in the area, or else face the praja court.
