Notification . - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Foreign
G.S.R Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (42 of 2010), the Central Government
hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 2011.
(2) They shall come into force on the date on which the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (42 of 2010) shall come into force.  read more »
