Pastor Bangaraiah is leading the New Fellowship Gospel Church in Nalgonda police station area limits.As the Sunday(11th Dec.) worship service was in progress 5 masked persons came from two different gates into the Church and started throwing stones on the Pastor. Mudhol, Bagalkot (Karnataka): Pastor Sangappa Hosamani Shadrak (28), has been preaching the word of God during the last 8 years in Mudhol, Bagalkot District of Karnataka. He lives with his wife, Shilpa,22) and an 8 months old boy child in Mudhol. About 10 Kms away from his residence, at the residence of a believer, Yellappa Hosamani , in a village called Rohi, he has been regularly conducting the prayer services on Sunday mornings between 11 am and 1 pm during the last several years. As usual, they had also assembled today, Sunday, 21-8-2011, for the Sunday Worship Service.
But just while the worship service was on round about 11.30 a.m. we understand that about 20 Bajrang Dal activists attacked the congregation and desecrated the bread and wine which was being used for the worship, and also beat up Pastor Shadrak, whose face was badly wounded and who also lost one of his front teeth. We understand that the activists then dragged the pastor out of the house and took him to the Village “Katte” and tied him to the tree, after which they sent for the police from the Lokapura police station. read more »

Doddaballapur- Bangalore: Pastor Bhaskar John Poojappa, 30, accepted Christ about 15 years ago and he has been living a quiet life with his wife, Divya, 23, and two little children, both girls aged 4 and 2 years in Sriramanahally on Doddaballapur Road in Rural Bangalore District. He has been also spreading the good news and the blessings he has received from the Lord ever since, in his village and the surrounding places. Every Sunday about 30 of them met regularly for their Sunday worship at their church, Holy Mountain of God Church at Hadde Village about 10 kilometres from his residence. The church is managed by a Trust called Divine Mercy Ministry for People. The Trust also runs an orphanage for female children and he has about 20 little children in the orphanage. Hinduvta extremists on 31st attacked Pastor Mahandra Nath Deve in LAL BARRA Lalgarh, Balaghat district in Madhya Pradesh
Pastor MahandraNath Deve, of the Alpha Bible Church was conducting worship, when nearly 25 extremists, barged into the Church, disrupted Service, grabbed the Bible from his hands and tore pages. There were about 100 believers attending the new year meeting.
The extremists began thrashing the believers and also smashed the PA system, and musical instruments and also injured 14 believers. 6 of these believers were treated in a nearby private hospital and some believers were treated in the government hospital
The Pastor filed a complaint against the attackers. The police have arrested 4 persons in connection with the incident

Pastor Mallappa Hanumanthappa Andrew of Bellakatte Village in Chitrdurga District in Karnataka, was attacked by 6 Hindu radicals on October 20th at 10.30 in the morning in broad public view, while he was walking on the road along with his brother. When his brother tried to intervene, he too was beaten up. The culprits subsequently also burnt down his House Church. On the pastor’s complaint, the Police from the Barmasagara Police Station have arrested 4 of the following perpetrators of the crime, i.e. Manjunath, Parashuram, Ramanna and Devaraj. But, as we learn, the arrested culprits have already been released on the influence exerted upon the police by the local activists. read more »
