Kashmir separate leader decries Sharia court decision to banish Christians

Srinagar, Jan 27: Chairman of Hurriyat Conference (G) on Friday said it’s the duty of every Muslim to protect the members of the minority community. He said asking a few persons to leave the state was no solution to the conversion controversy.

Two national newspapers have launched a smear campaign against Kanta Khanna, wife of the pastor targeted with a fatwa for having converted young Muslims. The Anglican clergyman: "My wife's health has worsened."
