On 16th Oct 2011 in the evening youth belonging to Ramagundam Kalvary church were beaten by over 100 strong RSS group and had them arrested.
Senior Pastor Suresh who was rushing to the police station by car was also stopped by the RSS group of radicals and damaged the car and beat up the pastor also.
After beating the pastor the RSS group filed a false complaint in NTPC Township Police Station accusing them of forcible conversion.
Pastor Suresh also filed an FIR in the police station regarding the car damage as well as attack on him and other pastors.
However the Kalvary mission youth leaders were released from the police station after receiving the complaint from pastor Suresh.  read more »
