The Global Investors Meet took place 3rd and 4th of June 2010 in Bangalore. The Time News Bureau reported that the Global Investors Meet (GIM) expected to bring in Rs. 5 trillion to Karnataka in the next four-five years. Many leading investors & industrialists attended the two-day event. Arun Jaitley, a leader in the BJP (an opposition party), told the GIM that Karnataka was the safest place to invest and will benefit the underprivileged in the social sector.  read more »
