New Delhi: Addressing a meet of police chiefs on Wednesday, Union Home Minister P Chidambaram said that saffron terror was behind many bomb blasts.
"A new phenomenon of "saffron terrorism" has been discovered," the minister said.
Speaking on internal security, the minister also raised the cross-border infiltration issue. "There has been no let-up in attempts by militants to infiltrate into India," he said.
On the situation in J&K, the minister said "Jammu and Kashmir is caught in vicious circle of stone pelting, teargassing, firing and again stone pelting. Centre is concerned that this vicious circle has not stopped." (With PTI inputs)
Saffron terror in India
What an idiotic, senseless comment from India's Home Minister?
he should be made homeless person. The same guy proudly said some time ago that "there is only terrorism and not "Islamic" terrorism as there is no point in associating any religion with terrorism. No religion preaches terror; Only some misguided elements resort to terrorism"
Now the same idiot is shouting about "saffron terrorism" and is giving a boost to Pakistani and Kashmiri separatists. What for? For a few minority votes in the next election. No one bothers about majority community.
Does PC know that the Indian tricolor flag proudly displays a band of saffron to denote Hindus, a green band to denote Muslims and the white separator to denote communal harmony.
Saffron terror indeed. I spit on you PC in contempt at the way you go all out to buy Muslim votes. Then you have no right to send army to Kashmir; if there is saffron terror, why should Kashmiris live in India with saffron terrorism?
Tricolor
Indian flag's 3 colors are not based on religion but based on ethics, values, agriculture.
If hindus and Muslims are mentioned, where are Christians in the Indian flag? Christians have been there around 2000 years more before Islam came. Where are Buddhists? Jains? Sikhs? Bahais?
