Pastor Anil Masih 27 year old married to Jamuna 25 year old has a son Novesh 7 year old and a daughter 4 year old came to the Lord from a Hindu background 7 years back he then did one year training in bible school and is been serving the Lord for the past six years in a village called Sarva in Babina Uttar Pradesh.Babina is 35 kilometres from Jhansi.

In the Afternoon of 5.9.2010 Anil was conducting the Sunday school for the children about 1 kilometre away from his home in Sarva village in a small hut which also belongs to him. The Sunday school got over at 3:00pm and the children left for their huts. Suddenly 3 RSS people named Surendra Yadav 18 year old and Bablu 25 year old and third one is not identified, barged into the hut with big sticks in their hands abusing Anil saying that you are preaching your religion here and you are spoiling our children and then started beating him mercilessly they beat him with their fists kicked him beat him on his back and on his legs with sticks. Pastor Anil was in a bad shape then they left the place the whole thing went for about half an hour his neighbours immediately informed his wife Jamuna and father Harcharan 56 year old who were at home they came rushing to the spot took Anil to the nearby clinic but the doctors were not able to help as it is a small place the medicines were not helping him much there was pain all over his body specially on his back and left leg. On the 6.9.10 Anil father informed the Babina police that some RSS people came and beat up his son for which the police advised them to take pastor to a better hospital for treatment immediately. Anils condition was not good his father and wife took him to Jhansi and admitted him in the German Hospital which is 4 kilometers from Jhansi railway station there the doctors checked him and found that his left leg below knee is fractured he had a deep mark on his back too now treatment is given to him and since 6.9.10 Anil is under treatment doctors said they may dischrge him on 10th September. Pastor Anil is in the hospital for the past 5 days.

Anil plans to lodge a complaint once he reaches his village. Please pray for Anil and his family.
