An handicapped believer Balu Sasya 35 years old along with Brother Raju Abhay Singh was conducting a worship service in their room in a village called Nisarpur Kukshi tehsil, Dhar District of Madhya Pradesh. This incident happened on 16.th August 2010 at 11.00 am. Around 30 people were attending this worship

As the worship was progressing, a group of 35 people (Belonging to Patidar Prajapat and Kahar Caste) barged into the premises and asked them to stop the worship service. It is learned that this radical group is associated with Hind Radical Organisation such as Bajarang Dal and RSS.
They took hold of Brother Raju and beat him up

and took both Balu Sasya and Raju to the Nisarpur police station and filed case against them for forcefully converting people. They were kept in the lock up and on the charge and section 295 anti conversion they were lodged in Badhawani jail..
Balu Sasya is blind from his childhood and is married to Ms Bhoori who is also blind.
