Kottayam: Job Mar Philoxenos (72) of the Delhi Diocese Malankara Orthodox Sabha passed away in Kolencherry at a private hospital on Sunday morning at 7.30. He was ailing for some time.Global Council of Indian Christians(GCIC) condoles death

Due to failing health the Metropolitan was under treatment at Kolenchery Medical College Hospital since September this year. Funeral services will be held at Mount Tabore Dayara, Pathanapuram-Kerala.

His Grace belongs to the tradition of the Mount Tabor Ashram in Pathnapuram. Mar Philoxenos has committed himself to the administrative requirements of Delhi Diocese
