I am the victim during the Kandhamal riot took place in the year 2008in Kandhamal district of Odisha. I had a residential house and residing with my family consisting 05 members. During the said communal riot my house and household articles were completely burnt and damaged by the rioters. Therefore, I have lodged FIR in Phiringia Police station. During the Govt. house damage survey my house was placed fully in the Govt. list. But the district administration was not ready to give me the house damaged compensation , rather they were telling me your house was wrongly mention in the Govt. list.
